Activities of the position

- Daily outbound calls to potential clients from lists or CRM.
- Your job is to contact and close cold leads.
- Strategic qualification of prospects using key questions.
- Seamless transfer of qualified leads to licensed agents.
- Timely follow-up on lukewarm leads via call, text, or email.
- Detailed call log in the CRM.
- Meeting daily call and conversion goals.
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor when representing the agency.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as all office policies and procedures.
100% negotiable
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Profile of the ideal candidate
Technical skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (200-300 per day)
- Good active listening skills
- Ability to handle objections positively
- Have good internet connection and owns a computer.

Previous experience (desirable)
- Familiarity with telemarketing processes in insurance
